This survey is promoted and administered by kwerkplace inc.
The Prize
The survey begins on or about 10/15/2016 and closes on or about 11/27/16 at 11:59 pm EST.
To participate in the survey prize draw, participants are required to complete the survey in full and provide a valid email address when filling in the survey. There is a limit of one survey entry per person. All qualifying entries will be entered into a drawing for a chance to win a professional resume and Linkedin tune-up service. The value of this prize is approximately $350.00. This prize consists of: one 20-minute consultation, one resume review and revision (maximum 3 pages) and the production of one LinkedIn profile summary (maximum 250 words). Odds of winning will depend on the total number of entries received. The prize drawing is only open to legal residents of Canada and the United States, 21 years of age or older. Proof of age and/or residency may be required. Immediate family members of kwerkplace and its partners (i.e. prize partners) are not eligible to win prizes. Prizes are non-negotiable and no cash alternative will be available.
The prize winner(s) will be drawn within 3 days of the survey closing date. The prize winner(s) will be notified by email within 3 days of the draw taking place. If a response to the email notification is not received within 3 days by the selected prize winner, a new prize winner will be selected. The prize winner(s) agree(s) to the use of their image for marketing purposes by kwerkplace. The tune-up service will be produced by the partner within 10 days (approximately) of receiving all information needed from the prize winner.
The Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize(s) with one of similar value, without notice. The Promoter reserves the right to add additional prizes at any time during the survey period. Each qualifying entry is eligible to win each prize that is advertised during the survey period. There is a maximum of one prize award per email address. kwerkplace reserves the right to disqualify any and all entries deemed automated or otherwise suspicious.
Terms & Conditions
By participating in this survey, the entrants recognize that the information provided on this survey will be used in an aggregate report and therefore grants kwerkplace unrestricted use of this information. The report will not be linked to your email address information. Your personal information will not be shared outside of kwerkplace. By filling out and submitting your information, you are voluntarily agreeing to participate and be bound by these terms, the interpretation thereof being the exclusive right of kwerkplace.
The personal information that you are providing to enter this survey will be used only to administer this survey and to contact the prize draw winner. You may be added to receive news and offers from Kwerkplace. You are free to unsubscribe at any time.
By participating in this prize draw, all entrants agree to release kwerkplace and its partners from any and all liability for any loss, harm, damages, costs or expenses of any kind, including without limitation property damages, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participating in this survey and draw and claims based on rights of publicity, rights of privacy, defamation or prize delivery.
